Burj Khalifa - AT THE TOP SKY
Any trip to Dubai is not complete without a trip to the observation deck of the Burj Khalifa, recognized as the tallest skyscraper in the world. It stands at more than 2,700 feet high. The observation deck located on the 124th floor offers an unparalleled view of the city and the surrounding landscape. Our tour begins with a trip aboard the travelator, which will bring you to the Burj Khalifa while giving you a brief overview of the structure’s history and that of the city itself. Once you get there, a high-speed elevator will bring you from the lobby to the top floor in just a minute. And when you reach the deck, you’ll enjoy 360-degree views of the landscape. There are even telescopes you can rent that allow you to zoom in to particular areas you want to see more clearly.

Ticket Inclusions:

- Burj Khalifa tickets are subject to availability.
- This tour doesn't include transfers, the best and cheapest way to reach is through public transportation, i.e (Taxi, Metro etc.) or you can book private transfers from our website in transportation section.
- Private Transport can be arranged upon request.
- Passport copy / Emirates ID is mandatory to carry during this trip.
- Please mention the required time slots for Burj Khalifa in special request section while making the booking, we'll try our best to get your desired slot or will provide you the best available options.
- This tour is non-amendable / non-refundable tour
- Once booked no refund will be provided
- If we are not able to book the ticket as per your desired time slot we’ll note make the booking until unless we get the confirmation from your end, if you don’t agree to the time slot provided by us we’ll refund the complete amount.
- For SIC Tours Pick up timings can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes depends on your location and traffic conditions.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, we have mentioned this information in the important notes so please ensure that you read the important information, Axis Travel will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- Axis Travel reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick-up.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, Axis Travel will provide alternate options if possible.
- Seating arrangement are done as per the availability & it is decided by Driver or Tour Guide.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then Axis Travel will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
